This room has three parts a public area featuring one large but cheap sofa, a private area with a small sofa and stage access for household use only, and a stage with kareoke machine that can be seen from both areas but can only be accessed from the household-only area. The other room that is reached directly from the hallway is the speech room. The bathroom next door has a bath instead of a shower now because it would be unseemly for a dog of such high status to become smelly. As Celiné is not a royal herself, she is forbidden to ask the servant(s) for anything to be done for her specifically (though the servant(s) is/are still expected to keep her room clean). It still contains the toilet and sink, but the shower has gone, replaced by beds for the student and her dog, as well as a small fridge so she may prepare her own meals. However, one of these has been converted for the benefit of the live-in student. There used to be three bathrooms, all including shower facilities, at the side of the dining hall. That area can only be accessed using the lift (that goes to the servants' quarters). A screened-off part of the room features a table that allows servants to serve food without the inconvenience of being seen by Important Guests. The table has a background of expensive Maxis paintings featuring, among other things, a historic noblewoman and a cowplant carving. There are three long tables, a dog food bowl for Celiné's pet dog Alabama, two dining booths and a stage with a three-person "high table". One leads right into the banqueting hall, which is the largest room in the manor. The ground floor has a massive door leading to a short hallway (one of the few buildings in SimHampton to have one) and two doors. The main manor building features two floors. I don't seem to have any photos of the place ready at the moment (which probably doesn't matter as I'm clearly not going to win any "most expensive lot" contests). At the moment 5 Sims and a dog live there (High Princess Jones VI, her parents Sivafel Soucin-Parr-Jones and SimBane Jones, a servant called Nerys Turner and a live-in student called Celiné Chii), though it can easily accommodate many more. My most expensive lot is SimHampton Manor, a $434,000 residential home for the High Prince/Princess, his/her family and the family servants. I have a habit of going overboard when I decorate. Normally when I build it doesn't even need to be anything huge and somehow it will still end up being ridiculously expensive. I probably used some custom content on it though, but I don't remember how much I used. I'll have to look up the cost of it later when I have more time. The building is a big gothic looking castle. I think it's probably the night club I built for my vampires. I really don't know which of my lots is the most expensive. It must take you a really long time to build them. Seriously though, your buildings are really nice. I bet you put that hotel on Boardwalk too, didn't you? Didn't you!?!? Well guess what? I have all of the railroads. It's a Monopoly style hotel.Built on a 5圆 lot (50 tiles by 60 tiles), averaging at about §554 per square of land. Also exclude cash assets from the family's value. a picture frame costing §10,000), and preferably with the majority of items being Maxis created.although that could be waived if the custom content are reasonably priced. The conditions would be that the lot doesn't contain too many extraordinarily priced custom content (e.g. I'd like to know from you guys what your most expensive lot in the Sims 2 game is.
